Bob Bugert Executive Director bob@cdlandtrust.org Bob has worked on a number of issues related to land and water conservation and restoration, with particular focus on salmon recovery. Prior to his work with the Land Trust, Bob served for the past nine years as a policy advisor in the Washington Governor’s Salmon Recovery Office. He is a graduate of the Washington Agriculture and Forestry Education Foundation, and has master’s and bachelor’s degrees in fishery and wildlife biology. Bob and his wife Carolyn have lived with their three boys in the Wenatchee Valley since 1990. |

Bridget Egan Membership Coordinator bridget@cdlandtrust.org Bridget was born and raised in east central Pennsylvania and moved to Washington in 1999 to serve as a VISTA AmeriCorps member in Snohomish County. She earned an M.A. at Syracuse University and has taught community college English for the past five years. Bridget has developed service learning courses focusing on agriculture for adults and younger learners. Since moving to Wenatchee, Bridget has enjoyed helping CDLT build and maintain trails. Whenever possible, she spends her free time camping and hiking the Pacific Northwest. |

Neal Hedges Stewardship Coordinator neal@cdlandtrust.org Neal has worked with natural resources in a variety of ecosystems for over 35 years. For the past 24 years, he has been the wildlife program leader with the Bureau of Land Management in Wenatchee working with issues ranging from endangered species, grazing, forest health, shrub-steppe management, riparian restoration, and recreation. Neal has bachelors and masters degrees in zoology. He lives with his wife Diana Sanford and their dog Lucy. They all enjoy many outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and canoeing. |

Mickey Fleming Lands Project Manager mickey@cdlandtrust.org Mickey has practiced law since 1979, representing landowners in Ohio on issues relating to real property in administrative and litigation forums. Before going to law school, she received a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Purdue University. Friends and the beauty of the Northwest brought Mickey and her husband Dirk Horton to Wenatchee to use their talents in new ways and to enjoy its recreational opportunities. She is a Chelan County Master Gardener and the mother of two sons. |

Kathy Peven Administrative Assistant kathy@cdlandtrust.org Kathy has a background ranging in experience from whitewater rafting guide to graphic designer. She has a BS in Visual Communication from Western Washington University. Kathy has lived in Wenatchee since 1988 with her husband Chuck and their two children. |

Sharon Lunz Communications & Development Director sharon@cdlandtrust.org Sharon brings a combination of business, marketing and outdoor leadership experience to the Land Trust. She has a BA in history from the University of Washington. Sharon guided hiking, whitewater rafting and ski trips for 15 years before joining the business world, most recently as the Marketing Director for Sleeping Lady Mountain Retreat, a recognized leader in environmentally sustainable practices. |
